Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back into its original Dansko shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS service center; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
